Passport Payment Process Explanation

Please note that only VISA Verified card is allowed in European Countries, where Sweden is a member.

When issues of payment is raised by applicants kindly ask:

a. Are they having issue based on the portal. i.e access to the portal, portal link down? if yes, what is the error message the portal is prompting?

b. Is the issue as a result of the portal not accepting their card? If yes, they must be enlightened to know that, because of fraud and internet theft, the system was configured to only accept payment wherein the names on the application must correspond with the names on the the credit card been used, outside that the portal will not accept such payment.

c. In a case where someone wants to assist others in making payment or the Team has chosen a card to use to assist people, the following must be provided

1. The last four digit of the card to be registered
2. The statement of account of the card, duly signed and stamped by the bank
3. Data page of the international passport of the owner of the card
4. A valid email address

The above should be scanned and sent to support@swgloballlc.com and tamadi@socketworksng.com with an explanation that he needs the card to be registered for use for payment for the specified number.
